The Tin Roof Sundae Cabin and The Sundae Cottage are located in North Central Missouri - a natural "sweet spot" for those who love being outdoors. Guests have access to 800 acres which includes a combination of native timber, wetlands, grasslands, and streams. Guests are welcome to explore the entire property. A small pond and fire pit are located a stone's throw from the front porch. The large porches provide plenty of shade and great views.

The Circle O Lodge is located in North Central Missouri not far from historic Highway 36 and Walt Disney's boyhood home of Marceline. There are some great biking trails and horse back riding in the conservation area that's 2 miles away.
