The lounge area comes with a super comfy sofa area, TV and superfast broadband, central heating is provided throughout the property. Strathyre is located at the top of Loch Lubnaig 15 minutes north of the pretty town of Callander and 40 minutes from Stirling.

Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.
