The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Peaceful Country Home

A peaceful clean home for you to enjoy!! We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Fox Creek Farm Guest House (Genesee River Valley)

The Guest House at Fox Creek Farm is the perfect place to relax & enjoy the Genesee River Valley! Our family farm is situated on 30 acres and surrounded by beautiful farmland as far as the eye can see! Located at the end of a gravel road, the Guest House is perfect for couples, families, adventurers, business and equine travelers, and those visiting our many local wedding barn venues, breweries, wineries, lakes, golf courses, and other area attractions.

Enjoy this newly renovated home nestled in a private cul-de-sac with the town park with playground and walking trails literally in your back yard. Lots to do to have fun—swim in the in-ground pool, make teams for a foosball tournament, gather around the table to play board games, watch a movie in the theater room, or snuggle up by the fire and enjoy a quiet night in. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the grill on the back patio.

The Baus Haus

We are surrounded by farmland, a great base for family vacations. There is a grocery store, drug store, antique shops, and family restaurants 5 minutes in either direction from the house. Located 20 minutes from downtown Rochester, RIT, and the University of Rochester, and 1 hour from Niagara Falls, the LeRoy exit to the NY State Thruway is 10 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Conesus Lake and the entrance to the other Finger Lakes.

Guest home in Churchville

Relax and unwind or take in all the sights Western NY has to offer from the comfort of this family friendly 2 bedroom cottage. Located 3 miles from downtown Churchville, you'll be surrounded by farm fields and trees in this peaceful country space. The patio is a great place for outdoor dining, sitting with your morning coffee, or enjoy a camp fire. Our Kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your cooking needs.

The Carriage House

Explore everything Rochester has to offer from the comfort of our remodeled carriage house! We are located just outside the village of Churchville, less than 20 minutes to downtown. The house features two floors of living space, a full kitchen, garage, washer and dryer, and views of the countryside. Our farm backs up to endless woods with walking trails and borders a creek.
