Ingresso indipendente con un piano di scale esterno. Fornito di aria condizionata e pompa di calore, di lavatrice e di tutta la biancheria (lenzuola, asciugamani e utensili cucina). Il quartiere è tranquillo e i parcheggi non sono a pagamento. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini (diamo culla, seggiolone, passeggino, ecc.).
