Kent Cottage

Kent Cottage is a detached two bedroomed cottage in the coastal village of Stoke Fleming, close to Dartmouth and just a 15-20 minutes walk from the award winning beach ‘Blackpool Sands’. The cottage is suitable for couples, single travellers, or small families with a child (over 2 yrs). There is a small courtyard garden, and garaged parking. Stoke Fleming is located on the SW Coast Path, and is an ideal base from which to explore South Hams - designated ‘An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’.

Friendly hosts onsite in main house opposite for support and friendly welcome! 3 friendly dogs and 2 ponies. Rural tranquil location and close to many South Hams beaches and attractions e.g. Salcombe, Bantham, Burgh Island, Thurlestone, Kingsbridge and National Trust venues. Enclosed garden with BBQ. The most idyllic riverside escape! Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

Cosy converted granary set in quiet countryside

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

Cosy Cottage 100m From Challaborough Beach

Our newly refurbished 170 year old Cottage enjoys views over Burgh Island and Challaborough beach. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.

Pineapple Cottage - Sweet little house in Chagford

Pineapple is a lovely period cottage, steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historical small town in Dartmoor National Park. Front door opens into hall. Comfortable sitting/dining room, two beautiful bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with roll-top bath, shower over. Several levels connected by small staircases. English country garden accessed via shared path. (see picture). Off-road parking in space suitable for small to medium sized vehicles.

Wonderfully located for exploring the South Hams, the cottage is one and half miles from South Milton Sands and the South West coastal path.
