Short drive to Screech Owl Brewery and for terrific craft beer and great food. 30 minutes from the WVU football stadium excluding football traffic delays). Approximately 25 minutes from Cheat Lake. NO pets or smoking allowed. No air conditioning but fans in all bedrooms.

This home is equipped with a full kitchen and has a front deck which includes a hot tub, fire pit, and outside dining area. There are many walking trails close by which include the Botanic Gardens and Coopers Rock State Park. It is a perfect location to be away from all the downtown hustle and bustle but still be a short drive from the football stadium for gamedays!

This cabin is cozy and off in the middle of nowhere! It's at the end of a private lane that's on a farm at the end of a dead end road. If you're looking to get out in the sticks, this is your place! With that said, it's only about five miles from I-68. Enjoy the hiking trail, fire pit, hammock, horseshoes, mini disc golf course, big place to run around and do whatever you want, and beautiful nights. There is also a ton of destinations should you choose to leave the farm!

Fully equipped townhouse available. This unit has laminate floors, fully equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms. There is tons of natural light in the living space and bedrooms. Also, a private work area with a desk and chair. Mins away from University Town Center, WVU stadium, Ruby General, and WVU downtown campus. There is construction nearby the townhomes but you can’t hear any noise. There is a construction trailer in front of unit but the entrance is now all paved

Boulder Ridge Cabin is surrounded by woods, but within 15 minutes of Deep Creek Lake, swimming, boating, hiking, shopping, restaurants, Wisp Resort with skiing, snowboarding, mountain coaster, whitewater rafting at Adventure Sports Center International, rock climbing, hiking. Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park are about 15 minutes drive. Piney Mountain State Forest is within walking distance. Mountain biking and fishing are also close by.

The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
