Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dinner room, 2 living rooms, 1.2 acres flat with well cared gardens. Electronic gated parking in the driveway We are 40 mins from NYC and 5 mins from downtown Stamford. We are close to everything with the feeling of staying in the country. My partner Gus and I are renting a few rooms all listed separately. We are pleased to offer our guests fine variety of cafe like Breakfast Blend, Frrench Vanilla and Hazelnut. We also offer a big variety of teas. Help yourselves and take it to enjoy on the way to your destination. Disposable cups with cover.

Enjoy sweeping views of Mill Pond from this stylish suite at HOP House, our unique Bed & Breakfast in Water Mill. Large windows provide unobstructed lake and garden views, allowing you to relax in bed or an armchair while admiring the water and lush surroundings. The lake is a haven for wildlife; early risers often witness deer sipping from the shore and wild turkeys and geese roaming the underbrush. Besides the many wild birds you can occasionally see our residents eagles.

Rustic decor in a serene quiet dead end. There is no smoking allowed in the home. The front porch and upstairs bedroom deck area is always lit up with chairs for you in the evening. Conveniently located near the train station (25 min ride to NYC), 15 min from JFK Airport, food (Amazing Pizza, Chinese food, & Deli) & laundry service is up the block. No space shared

Idy's Place.(10 minutes away from JFK Airport )

This's a family house with plenty of spaces that one would live in peace and harmony. My place is for solo adventurer, and business traveler. It's very safe, cleaned, and organized. I would prefer someone that can maintain the place throughout his/her entire stay. Most importantly, a non smoker! My place is very to close Valley Stream, Floral Park and Jamaica train stations. And it's less than 15 minutes away from JFK airport by car without traffic.

Convenient to all of the Hamptons, Sag Harbor has an amazing harbor, fabulous restaurants, cool mom-and-pop shops, and a quaint New England vibe. The most picturesque spot in the Hamptons, Sag Harbor is truly a gem. My house is a Buckminster Fuller-designed geodesic dome home.
