Great location located in Pittsford and borders Henrietta. Conveniently located to highways and approximately fifteen minutes to downtown, ten minutes to lots of restaurants in Henrietta and lots of shopping. The house has been completely remodeled both outside and in. Restored hardwoods. It has a nice deck that is right off the kitchen. Great spot to sit outside for your morning coffee and wonderful for having dinner outside. About a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and University of Rochester.

We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. The freshly renovated second floor has two bedrooms, and a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment gets great natural light and the second bedroom has an adorable balcony. A 5 minute walk brings you to the heart of the south wedge where there are shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery.
