Our custom designed and built pool side units are near new. Construction finished in November 2016. These units are high end luxury units including smart T.V's commercial bar fridges. The spacious hardwood (Jarrah) decks overlooks our contemporary style new concrete heated pool and BBQ area. The units have off street parking, with space for boat trailer to be stored. Only 50m walk to the waterfront, and Convenient store next door. We are also 5 minute walk to the Town Center or RSL club.

Villa 2 is one of four impressive street facing villas spread across 3 levels which enjoy sneaky views to either Pigeon House Mountain or the ocean. Whilst Su-Jo is dog friendly, to cater to all guests this villa is strictly no pets allowed.
