Our location is ideal for access to the UNESCO, Jurassic coast and local areas such as the amazing beaches at Studland, Kimmeridge, Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Swanage. The Coach House uses renewable energy where possible and offers exceptional comfort in a beautiful part of Dorset.

The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.

Guests will have the use of a bathroom, which is sometimes shared with another guest bedroom

Parking on site. Studio is independently accessed so guests are free to come and go as they please. Located on a quiet residential road and just a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Continental breakfast is delivered to your door 8.30am. We do offer a breakfast of cereals, toast, marmalade/jam and croissants which is complimentary & can be eaten in our conservatory or under the veranda.

We have a large ground floor double room & en-suite available with King size bed in our modern home. There is a walk in wardrobe with fridge, smart tv and WIFI . A breakfast of cereal, yogurts, fruit, juices etc. Tea coffee making facilities. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. A five minute walk from the train station with links to Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Weymouth. A easy 15 minute walk to Wareham town with quay side pubs , cafés and restaurants.

The Deer room; a Cosy Hide, in Burley, New Forest

The Deer room is situated in the roof space above our carport in the garden of our cottage in Burley, New Forest National Park. The double room with ensuite shower is private and peaceful. There will be tea and coffee making facilities in the room (along with a packet of biscuits), and water and milk in the fridge. The village of Burley is just a 10 min walk and has lots of tea rooms and small cafes serving coffee and croissants or the full English breakfast if you wish.

My home is in a quiet road opposite a park area. only a few minutes walk to a Cafe, Restaurant, Bakery, Tesco express, fish & chips take away . Your room is only about a 5 minutes walk to a marina and 20 minutes walk to start of sandbanks so in a ideal location .
