A wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror, Samsung TV, WIFI and a full hospitality tray of free tea and coffee. Guests will have the use of a bathroom, which is sometimes shared with another guest bedroom

Parking on site. Studio is independently accessed so guests are free to come and go as they please. Located on a quiet residential road and just a 5/10 minute walk down hill to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Continental breakfast is delivered to your door 8.30am. We are close to public transport & also within easy reach to Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Jurassic Coast, Poole & Hamworthy Park, Upton House & Sandbanks. Poole town is 5 miles away. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. We do offer a breakfast of cereals, toast, marmalade/jam and croissants which is complimentary & can be eaten in our conservatory or under the veranda.

A five minute walk from the train station with links to Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Weymouth. A easy 15 minute walk to Wareham town with quay side pubs , cafés and restaurants.
