This main door apartment is very quiet and offers extremely comfortable accommodation. There is a spacious newly renovated bathroom including a bath and shower. The kitchen/living/dining is compact but fully equipped including a washing machine. There is also a private outside decking area to enjoy. The apartment has a private parking space directly outside, and we are also only a one minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to anywhere in the city. Welcome to my beautiful, tranquil and spacious flat in the heart of Leith. My apartment is newly decorated and fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It has been designed and curated to include all my favourite things for you to enjoy! A 10 minute walk to central Edinburgh, and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, the flat is well connected. The neighbourhood itself is gorgeous, trendy and hip - with lots of independent restaurants, coffee and brunch spots you can explore.

Parking charges Mon-Fri 8:30 - 17:30 Trams stop a five minute walk. Will take you to most places in Edinburgh (including airport) One room will be locked but unoccupied.
