Ours is a home lived and loved that at certain times of the year we share with the guests with joy and that tells part of our history: the passion for nature and for the territory of Tuscia. From our house one has the impression of being in the countryside while not being an isolated house. The exciting view of the lake offers very intense moments. Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Casa Tolinda Bolsena si trova sul viale C. Colombo 10 a soli 200 metri dalla riva del Lago in una posizione strategica. L’auto può essere parcheggiata all’interno della proprietà. È un appartamento a piano terra, confortevole, ideale per coppie di tutte le età. Può essere effettuato, sotto richiesta dell’Ospite, un self check-in e dispone di una cassetta di sicurezza per chiavi con codice di fianco al portone d' ingresso. Ha un piccolo giardino, riservato esclusivamente agli Ospiti.

L'appartamento si trova nel quartiere medievale, a due passi sia dal centro città, con negozi e servizi a portata di mano, sia dal lago raggiungibile in meno di dieci minuti a piedi. Situato al primo piano di un antico palazzetto, è composto da due camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina e bagno con doccia. Completamente ristrutturato, stupendo panorama sul lago, molto luminoso ed accogliente, ideale per famiglie ma anche per fughe d'amore e weekend romantici. Riscaldamento autonomo.

Casa Isla, near Orvieto, amazing views + pool

Located between the villages Viceno and Benano with incredible views of Orvieto and surrounded by olive trees. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday but really close to the village and only few km from historical towns, thermal baths, typical villages (Orvieto, Todi, Viterbo, Bomarzo, Pitigliano, Perugia...). From the village, you can enjoy a stunning view on the valley of Calanchi and the amazing Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 15 minutes car to reach Bolsena lake and Orvieto.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.
