This beautiful home, recently renovated but retaining plenty of character, is just a few minutes’ drive from the bustling market town of Lymington and right on the doorstep of the New Forest. It is a generous relaxing space, luxuriously appointed, with a glorious garden perfect for family get-togethers or as weekend retreat. You can enjoy plenty of walks direct from the cottage and are a few minutes from the sea, woods, moors and all the New Forest has to offer, including a great pub close by!

The Cot, Characterful 400-year-old Cottage.

Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

The Stables NewForest selfcontained with breakfast

The Stables offers a high quality comfortable and unique retreat in the New Forest. It has rustic charm with country modern facilities and is situated in a peaceful rural lane which leads directly onto the forest. It is very near to the coast and the bustling Georgian market town of Lymington where you can also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal ( 30 mins crossing ) or charter a yacht and sail yourself. Otherwise enjoy a ramble from your door across the forest but watch out for donkeys !

Access via the rear ,through enclosed garden, up steps to balcony. Light and airy 2 bedroomed artist studio. Large living area with Smart TV, wood burner. Selection of Books, Toys and Board Games . Fully fitted Galley kitchen. The Bathroom comprising Bath with shower over. Separate WC . Master bedroom with king-size bed and single sofa-bed, Second room set as a twin or double. Pets welcome but not permitted in Bedrooms. EV charging is using a domestic 3 pin plug from the kitchen .

One bedroom cottage escape

Relax and make yourself at home in our charming 1-bedroom bungalow — the perfect retreat for a restful getaway. Featuring a super king-size bed with White Company bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room with stunning views of the garden. The modern restroom includes a walk-in shower and Rituals toiletries for a luxury experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or take advantage of the hammocks on the pond both with views of the surrounding garden.

Studio 6

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Romantic little Nook

A romantic hideaway where English charm meets soft French elegance. Set within a beautifully restored former carriage house, this petite, cosy retreat is designed for two-intimate, calm, and full of character. Thoughtful details, gentle lighting and indulgent linens invite you to slow down and unwind together. The space is intentionally small and has no kitchen, encouraging evenings spent dining out at the many exceptional restaurants just moments away. With a private entrance/parking.

The Croft

The Croft is a beautifully appointed, self contained space overlooking a meadow. Recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s a comfortable and cosy base. Situated in the New Forest National Park, the Croft is located up a leafy lane in a pretty village close to Lymington, the Solent and Beaulieu; it’s only a 10 minute walk into the New Forest. Inside there’s a super-king size bed (or two singles), a tiled shower room, an open plan living room with kitchen area under the stairs.

Handcrafted from traditional materials, our luxury retreat blends industrial style with a modern twist. The Salt Hut is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway, time with a close friend or a solo adventure. A five minute drive to the centre of Lymington or the picturesque New Forest, and ten minutes away from the coastal village of Milford on Sea. You can discover the local area on foot using the network of countryside footpaths, one leads down to a great local pub, The Mill.

The HayLoft, a charming hideaway in the New Forest

The Hayloft, as we fondly refer to it in our family, is a delightful hideaway, tucked away in the heart of the New Forest, with everything you need to escape from the stresses of every day life. Once a stable block, the Hayloft was recently converted into a charming maisonette spread across 2 floors. Having retained all its countryside charm thanks to the original wooden features, the HayLoft feels cosy and homely yet is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped given its size.
