Apartment Obala - Apartment 4

This is one of four apartments in my house. The house is situated in the center of little town Bol. It is 5 minutes away from the sea and ten minutes away from the first beach. Our house is typical old autohtonous dalmatian house. It is made of stones and has been completely renovated inside five years ago. It is on the second floor and it has little terrace. It has one bedroom ,a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. It can take from 1 to 4 people. It is completely equipped, it has a sat TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, all cooking utensils, linen and towels. There is also an outdoor grill which you can use and a parking place if you arrive by car. By staying in our apartments you can really feel the atmosphere of an old dalmatian house. You can even taste original dalmatian homemade beverages. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but very near the center. In Bol, there are lots of beaches, but the most famous is beach Zlatni rat. It is situated outside the village. It is 20 minutes away on foot from my house, but you can go there by car, by taxi-boat or by little tourist train that goes every half an hour. There are also lots of other sights to see, like Branislav Dešković gallery, an old Dominican Monastery, Dragon's cave, desert Blaca and Vidova gora, the highest peek of all dalmatian islands from which you can sometimes see Italy.

This is a modern, newly decorated apartment overlooking the coastal walking road that leads to the most famous Croatian beach, Zlatni Rat. It's on the ground floor of a house along with a beautiful garden, a comfy patio and both southern and western terrace. Inside there is a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.There is a possibility to rent out both floors of the house (suitable for 8 to 10 people) on request. Stone castle "Kaštil", 15th century, Pučišća Brač

The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

Apartment is located 5km from Bol, It is placed in Murvica, a peaceful escape from all the city noise, and a village with the most beautiful beach. It is located on the hill and it takes 3 minutes of walking to get to the house from parking. If you are in need of beautiful nature, breathtaking view and a place to rest your soul, this is for you. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with dining table and sitting area (100m2).

Villa Ema&Stela

Villa Ema&Stela is private and modern summer villa with spacius pool area, situated in Bol, on the island of Brac. The property consists of two houses, and is easily accessible on the entrance of Bol with the great view of the sea and the entire town. Villa Ema&Stela is newly built house (2017), it spacious terrace with grill and heated swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck with lounge chairs, makes it ideal for enjoying the summer in Bol.

Apartment Eli

Apartment Eli is located on the eastern side of Bol by the sea. Nearby are the small beaches of Ribarska, Kotlina and Martinca, where you can enjoy them. In front of the apartment is currently the construction of a new port. It is a 5-minute walk from the center and the catamaran port. On the west side of Bol is Zlatni rat beach, which you can reach by boat that leaves from the center of the town or by walking in 30 minutes.

Seagull's nest

Take it easy at this unique getaway by the sea. This little studio apartment is located on the second floor of a family stone house right next to the sea and is a 3-minute walk from the very center of Bol and the port. Seagull's nest is only 4 meters away from the sea, and 20 meters away from the beach, hence the gorgeus view. Nearby are the "Ribarska kućica" and "Martinica" beach, just 5-minute pleasant ealk along the sea.

Cliff House Bol

As the name implies The Cliff House is located atop a beautiful cliff on the island of Brač overlooking the Adriatic sea. From the terace you will enjoy the views of the island of Hvar and the nearby 18th century monastery. Eventhough The Cliff House is a walking distance from the old town of Bol you will be completely isolated as there are no other houses nearby, just olive trees, the sea and the sky.
