A fire pit and open space for playing is perfect for families in our yard. Our home is walking distance to restaurants, shops, farmers market and the Pa. Military Museum and a few minutes from Tussey Mountain Ski and PSU. Enjoy great wifi and Pa. History at our home. Anything less than 5 stars hurts our ratings in reviews.

Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Built in 1916, the Pioneer is our cozy cabin along the creek in Fisherman's Paradise. This home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a peaceful getaway. With Spring Creek directly across the street, it's great for fishing or just enjoying the outdoors from the porch or patio. Inside has a rustic, classic cabin feel with modern amenities. Enjoy the view and the quiet with little to no traffic. We are 15 minutes from Penn State's campus so you really get the best of both worlds. We Are!

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

The Log House on Main is known to be one of the oldest homes built in Belleville, Pa. It has been completely restructured and renovated. The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. You can enjoy the patio with a view on spring and summer days and the fireplace during the cool fall and winter evenings. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.
