Triple Crown Cabin w/ Trout pond!

Amazing handcrafted cabin located in the center of the "Roanoke Triple Crown" (McAfee's Knob, tinker cliffs and dragons tooth trails) just minutes from each trail head. Cabin is tucked away from everything. No other houses can be seen from the cabin. The cabin overlooks a beautiful pond with a small waterfall cascading in. Cabin was sustainability built with trees from the 20 acres it sits on. McAfee's Knob trailhead is 10 minutes away, Andy Layne trailhead to tinker cliffs is 9 minutes away.

Mountain cabin next to preserve/hiking trails

Welcome to Indigo Woods Cabin! We are next to a >1400 acre nature preserve with 5 miles of hiking trails. The Appalachian Trail (McAfee Knob), Smith Mountain Lake, James River, and Carvin Cove reservoir are also close. Feel close to nature while being close to conveniences of shopping and nice restaurants just down the mountain in Salem and Roanoke. One bed/bath with a pull out sofa in living room. Pet friendly! Mountain Creek Lodge 2 Bedrooms/2 Bath

Mountain Creek Lodge is a full house accommodation with two bedrooms and two baths. It can sleep up to six with our Queen size Futon. Full kitchen access with a snack and coffee bar provided. Our lodge has a beautiful outdoor wildlife/nature setting. While some may enjoy family entertainment around the fire pit, others may enjoy the relaxation of the hot tub. The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. For the best sleep, open the bedroom window!

The Cabin

Charming log cabin in great Floyd County location for 2 guests only. Large family room with gas fireplace. Separate bedroom with queen bed, well appointed kitchen, & single bath with stall shower. Located ~22 minutes from I-81, 35 minutes from Virginia Tech, 22 minutes from Floyd Country Store, & ~ 40 minutes to Roanoke. No smoking/vaping on property. Our home is beside/visible from the cabin. We are available if you need anything, but we respect your time and will give you your privacy.

Constructed from two old tobacco barns (with fireplace), this property provides a unique experience-connecting the past & present. The cabin is surrounded by nature’s beauty and Big Reed Island river flows only feet from the front porch. Set on 32 acres, the cabin has a large porch with rocking chairs perfect to enjoy views of the river & mountains. New addition includes an outdoor shower! Please expect no internet, a TV for DVD/CDs only and limited cell reception. Truly unplug & relax.

Falling Pines Historic Cabin

The original log cabin was built in 1936 by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). These cabins were built after the Blue Ridge Parkway was laid in 1935, which is just down the street. With love and attention our cabin's renovations were complete in 2017. We kept the original log walls to add a rustic feel to the contemporary, crisp clean decor. The cottage overlooks the babbling waters of Back Creek but is just a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, private yet convenient.

Bilbo Baggins New River Cabin VA

A charming escape inspired by the Shire. Nestled among rolling hills, this rustic log cabin offers a cozy kitchen and a warm fireplace, perfect for relaxation. Hokie Homestead Cabin

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country cabin situated on our six-and-a-half acre partial homestead on a quiet lane in Blacksburg with a view of Brush Mountain and a neighboring horse ranch. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and seasonal vegetables from our garden as available, and visit our cuddly mini-pigs! This getaway is a perfect home base for Virginia Tech games and events, nearby vineyards, breweries, the Appalachian Trail, or the New River.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.
