At night, come back to your private space to unwind with a favorite dinner prepared in the full kitchen. Enjoy a game of ping pong or a movie on one of 2 Smart TVs, or slip out back for a dip in the private hot tub. We’re near the Air Force Academy, restaurants, and parks. Timber Haven is both eco- and family-friendly. We care most about your comfort, privacy, and peace of mind.

You will feel like you're at home with a well equipped kitchenette, breakfast nook, and large living space along with a pool table. The apartment will make your stay not only relaxing but also fun. Our property has a playground for kids and pikes peak views!

The Black Forest Estate

Come relax on our private 5 acre property with its hot tub, beautiful grounds, gourmet kitchen and luxury linens. Your space is completely private. We provide the best amenities with distinct upgrades not normally found in an airbnb. Take a walk on the private ¼ mile trail where you’ll see deer and our local black squirrels. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully appointed private kitchen with premium cutlery. Relax under the stars and amongst the pine trees in the hot tub just outside your door.

Hospitality House

Our home is located in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. We have a spectacular view of Pikes Peak; we hope that folks will have a relaxing and refreshing time while staying with us. Guest area is the lower part of our home, about 2100 square feet. Private entrance, two bedrooms, media room (larger TV, board games, study area), full bathroom, common area with pool table. Guest area is secure with a locked door for privacy and security; door connects lower level with host living level.

Serene living space complete w/ 2 bed, 2 bath, living room, kitchenette (no stove), deck, TV, internet & deer! Enjoy our secluded forest setting with easy access to the fun sites in Colorado Springs & the Urban delights of Denver. Relax on the deck of our wooded retreat with your morning coffee or while you grill & play corn hole after a fun day of exploring.

Completely relax! Even if you are here for business. Cutthroat Cove is near the entrance to the Air Force Academy but feels like you are living in the woods. Private entrance (with stairs), parking space, one bedroom, one bath with a large living room area. The mini kitchen features a dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave. The fireplace makes it cozy and warm and sometimes we are visited by large wildlife. Minutes from restaurants and hiking trails.
