Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. Property situated in the tranquil surroundings of Birnam wood and the River Tay. Dunkeld is close by and Pitlochry is a short drive away. This self-contained apartment, which is perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 2 small children as well, is set within the property owners house, situated on the first floor of an iconic listed building in the heart of the lovely Georgian village of Dunkeld. Built in 1809 by the Duke of Atholl as accommodation for the manager of the grocery shop below, the property retains many original historic features, including sash windows and wooden shutters in the main room.

The Lodge, Heath Park

The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park, one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A parking space is adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.
