Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

We welcome you to our beautiful 17th Century coastguard home, situated on the SW Coastal path and 1min walk from Blue flag Challaborough beach. Renovated to suit modern life while retaining its original cottage feel; it is an ideal year round spot for water and wilderness loving families, couples and dog owners. Overlooking Burgh Island, the cottage is walking distance to 3 stunning beaches and two cosy 13th C pubs. Picturesque markets towns of Modbury, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, 20 min drive away.

The Bolt-Hole Bantham is a perfect place to stay any time of year. Situated 1.5 miles from to the award winning Bantham Beach, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, The Bolt-Hole Bantham sleeps two guests and offers a getaway stay in unique location with stunning views across the valley. The studio cabin is not overlooked so you can completely relax and enjoy the tranquil setting. As an ideal winter break, there is a wood burning stove and radiator to keep you warm in the colder months.

Monty's is self contained, delightfully cosy and comfortable and is set on the ground floor of our beautiful barn conversion (we live above). Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

A newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance and parking. Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
