You’ll love my place because it sets on a 50 acre beautiful horse farm with QUIET and RELAXING indoor/outdoor spaces, fishing pond, riding trails, and comfy Queen bed. My place is good for couples, solo/business travelers and couples with children. (This unit is upstairs and requires the use of stairs) We are 3.5 mi from Albert Ellis airport an 15/20 min to area military bases NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS PLEASE DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES AND LIVESTOCK ON THE FARM

The Charming Cottage is peacefully located in the country 10 minutes from Richlands and nestled behind a tree line for your privacy. The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.
