Relax with the family in our beautiful, 400-year old farmhouse in the South Hams in Devon. Now with logburner! We are 5 mins from Totnes, but in the countryside with plenty of space for kids to play in and with some lovely walks on our doorstep. The beach is 15 mins away and there is easy access to the South Hams, Dartmoor, Torquay & Paignton on the English Riviera. The Air BnB is part of our own house, but with a separate front & back door and doors separating your part of the house from ours.

Outside is a grassy area for relaxing. A perfect place for your break away, with private parking!

No need for a car, this spacious retreat is only a five-minute walk from the town center and the iconic river Dart with its walks to Sharpham and Dartington estates.

Primrose Studio - pet-friendly, private parking

Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
