Located 1 min off I-95 & 10 min from Fayetteville on the McDaniel Pine Farm, quietly nestled down a beautiful rock path you’ll feel right at home immediately. Tiny home with 1 bathroom, small kitchen & living area couch converts into a full bed. You’ll enjoy a beautiful outside living area complete with fire pit, sitting area and front porch chairs to sip your coffee overlooking the farm. Plenty of grass & open area for your pet, small kids or just to take an evening stroll around the farm.

This country-living, completely renovated, 2-story house is located off the road and can sleep up to 12 guests. Downstairs you will find an open space kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 full), and 1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds in each) and 1 full bathroom. This house is conveniently located to I-40 and I-95. It is behind the Broadslab Distillery retail and cocktail bar (walking distance) and adjacent to The Barn at Broadslab event center.
