In a 70m2 apartment, on the 5th and top floor (without elevator), you can benefit a private space including a room with its bathroom and toilet as well as a lounge area with a desk (sheets and towels are supplied). You 'll also have free internet access by Wi-Fi. I'll share with you my living room and the kitchen. Well situated, close to Le Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Belleville and le Canal Saint Martin (5 minutes walking), you can easily reach using subway: Le Parc de la Villette, Montmartre, Le Père Lachaise, Châtelet, La Seine within 15 minutes and Les Champs Elysées, la Place de l'Opéra, la Place de la Bastille etc.... within 30 minutes. There is so much to do and so many must see sites in Paris ! I’ll be delighted to suggest you some tours. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le salon de 7h30 à 9h30. L’appartement se trouve entre la gare de Lyon 7mn à pied et la station de métro Reuilly-Diderot et à 10 mn à pied de la salle de concert l’Accor Arena. Au pied de la promenade plantée. A 10 mn de la Bastille et du Marais.
