Beach House

This guesthouse is detached from the main house, comes with garage parking and has all the amenities you need including a wood-burning fire place! Towels, bath tissue, soaps & travel items. AC Window Unit. Kitchen includes pots/pans, dishes, mugs/glasses, coffee pot, toaster & microwave. Paper goods. New appliances/new water heater in 2020. Stairs to the apartment are on the northeast corner of the garage. The beach is steps away with a fire pit, boat house lounge, kayaks, beach toys & bicycles.

Fish off the pier or use our kayaks to explore the lake. Ride our bikes around town & then cuddle up in front of the fireplace. The home sits on a wooded three-acre private retreat only about a mile from the village of Elkhart Lake, Road America, and Golf Courses. This unique cabin was built in the 1970's but has been recently renovated with a fun Scandinavian modern flair. It has all the amenities for a memorable vacation stay that provides plenty of epic photo opportunities.

The second level is a new spacious master ensuite. Relax on the front porch as you enjoy a view of Lake Michigan. Our home is a couple minute walk to the lake, downtown, restaurants, and shopping. A short 30-minute drive to downtown Milwaukee and 30 miles south of Kohler. The Interurban Trail is easily accessible from our location.

A beautiful spacious 3 bedroom with sofa bed (sleeps 9 guests) with lake access just steps away from the backyard. Includes washer and dryer, all cooking amenities and a grill, 3 TVs with cable (including Netflix and Disney+ capabilities), a two person canoe n 3 kayaks, hammock, board games, and books for leisure reading. Fish off the private peer. Light the bonfire in the fire pit (firewood included) by the patio onlooking the lake. Pets are allowed with a $200 pet fee.
