THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am ! * All towels and bedding provided by me :)

Self-contained with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has your choice of king or twin beds. A large living area with a slow combustion wood burning fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric blankets for cool winter nights. Equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave and full size fridge. There's a BBQ on your own outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the glorious view of the sun setting over the vineyard. Relax and enjoy your time in the beautiful Hunter Valley with this centrally located gem. Located in the heart of Lovedale on the grounds of Abelia House lies 'Lily Pad Studio'. Just a few minutes off the Hunter Expressway and close to all major wineries, cellar doors, vineyards, concert venues and restaurants and yet surrounded by nature making "Lily Pad Studio" ideal for wine and nature lovers alike. Enjoy the flurry of wildlife on the dam jetty whilst watching the sun set - heaven!

Claret Ash Cottage, Hunter Valley

Claret Ash Cottage is a beautiful 1890's mining cottage nestled in the hamlet of Elderslie, Hunter Valley. The cottage accommodates up to 6 guests and suits those wanting to wind down by the fire pit in winter or on the back deck watching the sunset in summer - whilst enjoying the bounty of the Wine Country region. A picturesque 25 minute drive will have you in the heart of the wineries during the day - then back to Claret Ash Cottage by night to wine, dine and admire the view.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property. "The Magnolia Park Poolhouse"

Relax, swim and walk around this beautiful farmstay on 150 acres. panoramic mountain and river views from every window. The Poolhouse has been upgraded with a new Spa and new Fireplace. Pls note there is a friendly Labrador and toy poodle that wander the farm. 1 Bedroom Villa - Beltana Villas Pokolbin.

Our one-bedroom separate living and bathroom villas. Our self-contained villas are set on 25 landscaped acres, a short drive to cellar doors, restaurants, galleries, concert venues, golf course, horse riding, and the Hermitage Rd cycleway. Book your concert and event transport through Rover coaches and you can be picked up at the gate and returned home- no driving needed. We have welcomed guests from around the world. We have a translator app on our phone.

Tranquil Triton - 3 bed home

Our three-bedroom home is located in the heart of North Rothbury, just a short drive from some of the area's best attractions. Whether you're here to explore the local wineries, attend a concert, or simply relax and unwind, we're confident that you'll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We are also only a stroll away from parks, cafe's, taverns and a local supermarket. Please note: Towels and linen are provided.

Olive Lane

Olive Lane is within walking distance to restaurants, cellar doors and a day spa. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery over the vineyards, olive groves and Brokenback Range. Wake up with the view of hot air balloons, kangaroos and bird life, and in the evening enjoy captivating sunsets while sipping a glass of Hunter Valley wine. The apartment is completely private and self contained with your own entry and parking.

Stewart Cottage

Stewart cottage has three en-suite bedrooms, and is set in quiet and peaceful bushland less than two hours drive from Sydney. Stewart is close to many wineries and restaurants, and only five minutes drive from Hunter Valley Gardens and Roche and Hope Estates. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper. We charge per guest, with a minimum of three guests for weekend stays.

Amelies is a unique romantic self contained cottage with stunning views of the Hunter Valley vineyards below. Perched on Pokolbin Mountain the cottage is private and secluded, yet 5 minutes to world class wineries, restaurants and golf courses. Enjoy a break from the everyday hustle and bustle relaxing in the spa bath (with a view!) or listening to the birds sing in the private courtyard.
