Take in the sweeping views, singing birds, and diverse wildlife from the front porch. Cozy up inside by the electric fireplace, enjoy a movie on Roku TV, curl up in the reading nook, utilize the portable desk or get competitive while playing board games. The barn is located behind our house. The driveway is shared with lots of parking next to the barn.

Lincoln Highway Hideaway is a private, beautiful apartment that will welcome and comfort after a day of work or recreation in the Ames/Des Moines area. Located right on historic Lincoln Highway(being a 10-min drive to I-35/Ames), this space offers restaurants, a walking trail, and a park all within walking distance. The 2 BR apartment has private parking a great amount of space to enjoy some R&R. The kitchen is furnished and includes a coffee maker. Each entrance has stairway access.

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.
