A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Basin View is a great place to stay to explore Jervis Bay and further up and down the coast or to access the Basin for fishing and boating. 900m walk to Basin View boat ramp. 15 min drive to Vincentia, Huskisson, Hyams or Booderee.

(it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
