This is a spacious lower level of a newly built home. This private guest area has a lounge, dinning, and kitchenette in addition to a bedroom and a bathroom. Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. Annapolis Garden Suite

Welcome! We’re tucked away on a forested residential street, roughly a 7 minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 15m from the coast, 30m from Baltimore and 35m from DC. Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.

Independent Access Garage Apartment, Near Downtown

Independent entrance garage apartment located on the back of our house with totally independent entrance. It has a queen size bed, WIFI, 10 minute walk to Downtown. Mini kitchen with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker. Plenty of space to store a bike. Great neighborhood with street parking available free on the weekends and two-hour limit during the week. There is free street parking during the week one block away from the apartment. Free EV charging one block away!!
