The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Our apartment within our home, allows enough space to welcome families, or small groups, whilst also being suitable for those who are looking for peace. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to nature. The shed is about serenity, luxury,good design and escapism. In winter we keep you cosy with fires and underfloor heating. There is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

Kilnside was rebuilt from an existing outbuilding into a luxury, self-catering cottage with work finishing at the beginning of 2020. The space now boasts a stunning open-plan, vaulted kitchen and living area with large bi-fold doors onto a private patio. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite shower room. Both the bedroom and living room have a stunning view down the valley towards the coast at Lyme Regis.
