Come fish, hit the waves, catch the wind or just relax sitting on the deck watching the soothing water flow and wildlife in the canal

Our 2024 construction, located just a short walk to the beach access, offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Four bedrooms on the first floor; including a king master suite with its own bathroom. The second floor has an open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island, a dining room with plenty of natural light, and a living area opening into a second-story deck. A work desk. Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.

This is a cheerful and friendly cottage on the Pamlico sound, away from the noise. It has been freshly redone and it features a softly lit, under the house deck, with swings, hammock, sand box, toys, chairs and outdoor eating space, also an outdoor shower.
