Welcome to Smooth Sailing, our two-story guest space in Historic Kinnakeet Village! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and Pamlico Sound views, it’s a cozy retreat on Hatteras Island. We live just downstairs with our two senior dogs, Rocky and Autumn, but your space on the second and third floors is completely private. No shared areas. Our pups don’t have access to the fenced yard, so it’s all yours. Private entrance, parking, beach gear, and just 1.2 miles from Avon Pier.

Enjoy your mornings with a sunrise & coffee. Spend your days fishing, biking, paddle boarding, kite surfing, or lounging on the beach. Finish with some backyard fun, tall tales around the fire, or a long soak in the hot tub.

Casa Creekside w/ hot tub and bikes!

**Equipped with an air ionizing system in the HVAC which kills all viruses, bacteria and mold so you can vacation safer!** Casa Creekside is a quaint two bedroom home that sits on the back of a residential cul-de-sac and is adjacent Mill Creek, which is directly accessible to the Pamlico Sound. Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

Welcome to Windwatch Cottage! A relaxed coastal vibe mixing old world cottage with a modern design touch. This home boasts one of the best views in the Outerbanks with direct access to the water and own pier. Sip your morning coffee with a breath-taking sunrise & experience the colorful sound sunset from the warm hot tub! Grab the paddle boards or kayak from the closet, and take in all the sound has to offer from the water. Oceanside beach, coffee shops, restaurants & bar are a short walk.

Oyster Point

Relax in this peaceful location with amazing sound views. Sound access nearby. It has a fully equipped kitchen, iron & ironing board, broom and small vacuum (located in the outside closet on the deck). Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.

Our 2024 construction, located just a short walk to the beach access, offers the perfect blend of modern and coastal charm. Four bedrooms on the first floor; including a king master suite with its own bathroom. The second floor has an open plan with a spacious kitchen, an island, a dining room with plenty of natural light, and a living area opening into a second-story deck. A work desk. Down stairs underneath the house, there’s a large outside shower. Parking for max. three cars.

Sunset Cottage on the Pamlico Sound.

This is a cheerful and friendly cottage on the Pamlico sound, away from the noise. It has been freshly redone and it features a softly lit, under the house deck, with swings, hammock, sand box, toys, chairs and outdoor eating space, also an outdoor shower. Around the corner from us is a boat ramp to drop a boat or maybe some jet skis. The sunsets are relaxing and absolutely stunning. This cozy cottage will call you back time & again! Enjoy your stay!

Semi Oceanfront, steps to the ocean, let’s go!

This is our personal family home, also known as AllInnAvonBeachHouse, and we are hoping to find renters who are looking for the same amazing, relaxing, and enjoyable experiences as we do. This home is incredibly spacious, perfect for 2-3 families, lots of space to sit and relax and enjoy meals together. This area is sought out for surfing, fishing, shell collecting. Beach chairs, cornhole set, basketballs, beach toys all included.

Lightkeeper's Retreat

Bingo! This is it! The closest cottage in terms of driving to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, Cape Point, and the jetties on Hatteras Island. This cottage is bordered by Cape Hatteras National Seashore with all the abundant wildlife you would expect and a nice level yard with gobs of privacy. Come live like the locals do, away from all the hustle and bustle of other typical vacation neighborhoods.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is designed to sleep up to 7 guests. Bluefish Bungalow has a private beach access path straight from the house. Beach access is only one block away. You will not be disappointed with the beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from our multi-level decks.

Semi-ocean front/almost unubstructed ocean view, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, PTL offers its own brand of privacy with "over the dune" access to the ocean. Modern amenities adorn our little cottage (HVAC, roku tv, internet) while an expansive screened in porch offers ocean views, allowing you to enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of beach living.
