Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Located minutes from NYS 31, this modern restoration of an authentic 1850 canal home has plenty to offer to the road-weary wanderer. We are 5 miles south of Auburn. The Harriett Tubman home is nearby and we are near wine country. We have cereal, milk and juice available as well as coffee and tea. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome! This is a private studio detached from the main home. A pin code lock is set up to give you access at check in time. A fire pit and charcoal grill is available for use if you request it.
