The bottom story is a finished lower level with a separate entrance and living area from the homeowners above. The suite has a walk out onto the patio with a gentle slope to 200 ft of rocky bottom river frontage. This is located five miles from the city of Grayling. You will be close to hiking trails, hiking, snowmobile trails, and skiing.

Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.
