Steps to the lake. Fishing! Water rights, the boat ramp is one house away. Ten minutes to Havana for restaurants, shopping, river access. Dixon Mounds is 20 minutes north. Forty-five minutes from Peoria and one hour from Springfield. The sunsets and the peace and quiet are worth the stay. Pets are allowed, $75.

The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

Bunkhouse Seventy-Four

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm. Step outside to a fire pit and outdoor dining with sweeping views of flowers and farm fields. Wheelchair-friendly with ramp, wide doors, grab bars, accessible shower, sink, and entrances throughout the home. *Field is in bloom April-early October.

My Little Bungalow on Monroe is a family friendly, stylish bungalow that is a welcoming space in a peaceful Beardstown neighborhood. Only two blocks from the city square, the Bungalow on Monroe is within easy walking distance of several local eateries, and festival events held in the city square. This two bedroom home is has one queen bed, three twin beds and a daybed. A washer and dryer, as well as a second shower are available in the basement.
