La villa è realizzata esclusivamente in pietra, legno e vetro, su due livelli, ed è caratterizzata dalla presenza di un ettaro di parco, una grande terrazza panoramica vista mare, un solarium. All'interno del parco, per restare in perfetta forma durante la vostra vacanza a la fortezza, a disposizione degli ospiti (gratuitamente), una PALESTRA ATTREZZATA con ellittica, panca e manubri, sacco da box e guantoni, attrezzo total body. Questa casetta e' al piano terra in pieno centro storico a Mola di Bari. E' stata ristrutturata nel 2015 recuperando due locali usati nei tempi passati come deposito delle reti da pesca di uno dei piu' famosi pescatori della zona: mio padre. Ha due entrate: una principale in Via Duomo 19 e una secondaria. E' vicina a ristoranti, mare, farmacie, bar e vita notturna.
