Brookie on the Conejos

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. In addition we have a beautiful pond stocked with trout. Catch and release barbless hook fly fishing is available by reservation on our river or pond separate from booking the cabin for an additional fee. PLEASE NOTE FISHING IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Please message us for availability. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!

La Casita…Cozy 3 bedroom home in Manassa

Relax with the whole family at this cozy 3 bedroom home located in the quiet, little town in Manassa in the beautiful San Luis Valley. The San Luis Valley is known for the beautiful mountains, with great hunting and fishing. We are a 15 minute drive to Cumbres and Toltec Scenic railroad, 1 hour to Zapata Falls and Great Sand Dunes National Park, 45 minutes to Colorado Gators Reptile Park. We allow full access to our home but not the garage. We do not allow any type of smoking indoors.

Southern Colorado Mountain Cabin

Get away and travel to paradise where you can enjoy our clean spacious cabin located 14 miles west of Antonito on Hwy 17, next to Conejos Ranch, easy access off highway, within 100 yards from Conejos River, beautiful mountain views, newly remodeled, clean, comfortable, peaceful, family friendly, fully furnished kitchen, electric heating in all rooms and a wood stove and firewood. Close access to Snowmobiling, X Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Snowshoe Cabin

Rocky Mountains surround you in this beautiful 2-bedroom 1-bath cabin. Its off grid, but with modern amenities including star link internet. The property borders the Cumbres and Toltec Railway with a front porch view of the train during train season! Its a short walk to fishing and hiking in the Rio Grande National Forest. This four-season cabin can be especially enjoyable as a cozy retreat once snow flies and can be accessed by snowmobile, XC skis or snowshoes!

The Mushroom Yurt

Off-grid rustic Mushroom yurt. This little yurt can sleep up to four people. It has a bunk bed cot and a queen size tri-fold mattress. There is a picnic table, a propane bbq grill, a fire pit, and an outhouse. Taos is approximately 30 miles, Red River 20 miles and Questa is 9 miles away. Cell service is good. The yurt has a solar power system to charge your devices. The yurt is heated. Sunshine rd is plowed in the winter, the driveway is not plowed.

A-Frame Cliffside Bear Cabin

Situated just along HWY 160 this centrally located A- Frame studio cabin is ideal for anglers, skiers, and alpine enthusiasts looking for easy access to all the Southern San Juans have to offer. Wolf Creek Ski area is 17 miles away and the South Fork of the Rio Grande runs just across the highway. Memory foam king mattress, sauna, organic robes, stocked kitchenette, induction stove, chemex pour over, Roku TV, firepit, A/C, heat and boot warmers.

River Front Cabin 150 Acres!

The Cutbow Ranch is a truly one of a kind stay. This cabin sits on the banks of the San Antonio River that has been renovated with the fly fisher in mind. The property boasts nearly 200 private acres with almost 1 full mile of private river.Spring and Fall are best times for fishing. The property also has walking trails NOTE! Dry conditions due to widespread drought have caused river to become unfishable. Fall will see river back up.

Home is located in Antonito, CO, short distance to great hunting land and Fishing. Minutes away from Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad, groceries stores, and town park. Cozy and clean home for an entire family vacation or family gathering. Has Private parking along with privacy fence. Large yard to bring camping trailer and parking. Located 30 minutes away from Alamosa, CO and shopping. One hour away from Ojo Caliente Hot springs.

Private Cabin on the Conejos River

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.

The Little Rock House on Maple

Fenced in cozy cobblestone cottage that sits on a large parcel one block from downtown Chama and the Cumbres Tultec Railroad. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants and river. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and all cooking utensils needed. Beautiful outdoor seating area with gas fireplace and grill.
