This great room is part of my house that is featuring a private entrance, private bathroom, and a kitchenette but not a full kitchen. It is also an old house but well maintained in the neighborhood but not suitable for children. This vibrant architecture with brick, large porch, large windows, and a sense of the 18th century beauty. It’s also located between an highway and a main road, meaning cars noises are present. Please only book if you feel comfortable with the location, a car is ideal.

The Nicholas Stoltzfus Homestead is the oldest restored Amish property in Berks County, bought by Immigrant Nicholas Stoltzfus (ancestor of all Stoltzfus descendants in America) in 1771. The Laurel Springs Guest House is a serene countryside getaway with accommodations for one or two people. The outdoor charm of this property is felt as soon as you walk down the sidewalk and take in the view of the water and farmland. The private guest house is cozy but simple and was renovated in 2004.
