Come and relax in this newly refurbished vintage home with your friends and family. Pricing varies with group size. This four bedroom home boasts a fully furnished new kitchen including coffee, tea, and spices. There are original hardwood floors throughout. A wraparound porch has seating for your enjoyment in the warmer months. There is a one bedroom apartment within the home with the only shared space being the entryway. Located .5 miles from the Upper Iowa River, Hilltop house has the most perfect view. The house sleeps 8, but we welcome and encourage smaller groups as well. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive. We also have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.
