Garden in the inner courtyard. Possibility to park your car easily in the street. Very close (5-10 mn walk) to all the commodities, shops, and transports. 20 mn to the hyper-center of Paris.

This spacious 80 m² apartment, warm, quiet and comfortable, is close to the Place de la Nation and the BERCY ARENA concert hall. It is also located near the Bois de Vincennes if you want to get some fresh air in the evening for a picnic or a digestive walk. Important information: having a cat (which will not stay during your stay) we draw your attention to the fact that this apartment may not be suitable for people with allergies.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
