The accommodation offers 5 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 4 bathrooms, a wellness area with a bio steam sauna, as well as a balcony and a panoramic terrace. Additionally, there is a ski room with boot heaters, a garden, 3 parking spaces in front of the building, and Wi-Fi.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im mittleren Stock des Hauses und kann somit ebenerdig betreten werden. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage, 600 m vom Skilift Steinbergbahn entfernt, welcher den Einstieg in den Skizirkus Saalbach, Hingerglemm, Leogang, ermöglicht. Hinter dem Haus liegt ein großes Waldstück und man hat den direkten Blick auf die Steinberge. Highlight der Wohnung ist sicherlich der Wintergarten und der Whirlpool, Poolzeiten: 07:00 bis 21:00 Uhr!
