On water level, you'll find the living room with a smart TV, ambiance fireplace, and dining area. Through the sliding door, you'll reach the furnished, covered terrace with a dock. The entrance is on the first level, along with the open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and microwave. There's also a storage room with a washer and dryer. On the second and third levels, you'll find 3 bedrooms with king-size beds and private ensuite bathrooms with rain showers. Additionally, there are 3 separate toilets in the villa. On the third level, there's a furnished rooftop terrace. (*provisioned summer 2022) The villa comes with 3 parking spaces, and you have complimentary Wi-Fi access. This one bedroom lakehouse is the perfect getaway for couples, friends and families. Step inside the characterful interior and you'll find high end materials, including a double bed in the bedroom and three single beds (bunkbed) for kids, as well as a bathroom with a luxurious walk-in rain shower. Surrounding the house is a beautiful lake, making it a great spot for those who want to get away from it all and spend some quality time together. The house accommodates up to four adults comfortably.

De molen heeft ruimte voor 4 volwassenen of 5 personen als er kinderen bij zijn. De locatie biedt veel privacy, veel buitenruimte en is helemaal nieuw ingericht. Een vakantiehuisje weg van de massa, een vakantiehuisje middenin de natuur. Dat vind je hier bij de natuurhuisjes op het kleinschalige vakantiepark Heerlijkheid Vlietenburg. Je kunt hier ontspannen op je prachtige terras met weidse uitzichten over het polderlandschap en waterpartijen die doorlopen in natuurgebied Het Bokkegat. Het Bokkegat bestaat uit bos, heide, weide en veel verschillende diersoorten. Door de (aangelegde) waterpartijen word je in de ochtend door de vogels gewekt.

Our water villa (8 persons) is located directly on the Veerse Meer. You can just jump in! The North Sea Beach is only 2 kilometers away. In the spacious garden there is an electric hot tub for extra relaxing. The area is beautiful for walking, boating, surfing, cycling, visiting towns and villages, etc. With four bedrooms (all of them with a double bed) and a fully equiped kitchen. Modern and stylishly decorated. Great for families and friends. The house has energy label A.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
