Located in one of Zadar’s most beautiful old neighborhoods, our apartment is 15 min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to the sea, main bus station and supermarkets. A scenic seaside promenade near the apartment leads directly to the Old Town, with several beautiful beaches along the way. Tourist tax (City of Zadar): €1.50 per adult (18+) per night. Ages 12–17 pay 50%. Under 12 free. Included in the final price. Like VAT, it does not go to the host — we collect and remit it to the authorities.

The apartment was completely renovated in April 2017. and last renovated in April 2025. It is a charming apartment that has one bedroom on gallery with double bed and sofa , bathroom with toilet and small kitchen with living room . Apartment is completely equipped .There is also a dishwasher with washing tablets in the kitchen.
