The Cabin at Painted Canyon Homestead This serene cabin is situated at the mouth of a canyon overlooking Morongo Valley, where the high desert meets the San Gorgonio & San Jacinto Mountains. As the guest house on our property of 5 acres, the cabin is privately located bordering vast public lands. Wander the property, hike the canyon trail, or take in the changing light from the wood-fired hot tub (or use it with fresh cold water!). Perfectly suited for two with plenty of extra space to explore.

Then take a less than 5 minute drive to one of the MANY neighborly boutiques and cafés in the old town of Yucca Valley. Mosey back to the house to catch the sherbet sunset as you make that desert fire in our fire-pit. There’s your perfect day in the contemporary cowboy Casita.
