The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

Take in the views from your super king bed, large freestanding bath or the Juliet balcony. Relax in the large living area watching your favourite films on the 75inch smart TV, WIFI and surround sound. You have a kitchen that is equipped with electric fan cooker and 2 hobs to cook your meals and a dinning table to eat them at.

Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. The Cottage at Farnham House is a one bedroom barn conversion in the beautiful village of Farnham in North Yorkshire. It has been furnished to a very high standard and has its own private garden. The village is very quiet and peaceful with lovely local walks. The Cottage is 2 miles from Knaresborough, 5 miles from Harrogate and 20 miles from York, all of which have excellent restaurants and shops. The Cottage at Farnham House is adjacent to the Granary at Farnham House (also listed on Airbnb).

The Old Stables - Private, cosy & quiet home.

The Old Stables is a self-contained unit in a private courtyard detached from the main house in Tadcaster, N. Yorkshire. Tadcaster is a lovely old brewery town, 10 miles S. West of York and 12 miles N. East of Leeds. The Old Stables is located a short 5 minute walk from the town centre which offers a range of fantastic pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. There is a frequent and reliable bus service into York and Leeds located a stones throw from the property. Free parking available.

This private annexe at Gowlands Farm House is located just off the A59, 8 miles from York and 14 miles from Harrogate, it makes an ideal base for visiting the nearby towns, cities and countryside that North Yorkshire has to offer. York Park and Ride is located 5 miles away. The North York Moors and Coast, together with the Dales, are accessible as an alternative day out. The brick-built annexe is detached from the main house allowing privacy and a large garden area for dogs to enjoy.
