This massive antique Victorian is featuring amenities such as large kitchen, many shared living rooms, stained glass, nice linens, house bikes, beach gear, etc. The house is within a short stroll to the secluded Willard beach featuring views of 2 Maine lighthouses and many islands. Bug light park is also within walking distance to the house. Portland downtown and Old Port are only 3 miles away, and the famous Greenbelt trail for walking and biking is across the street, as is the local bus stop.

North Shore Coastal Community/Post & Beam

Located in a rural area near beautiful beaches & Plum Island Refuge. Beaches are anywhere from a ten to a 25-minute drive. 2 bedrooms & bath are on the second floor & require walking upstairs. For 2 guests, we reserve 1 bedroom. 2 guests requiring separate bedrooms, an additional charge & a special offer will be sent to you. Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

Come and experience a beautiful stay in Scarborough. My home operates more like a traditional bed and breakfast. It is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Portland and 10 minutes to down Old Orchard Beach. This listing includes a large comfortable basement bedroom with a private upstairs bathroom. The kitchen, deck living room areas are all shared spaces. Enjoy a late night snack or some traditional New England Popovers for breakfast. Pet friendly for a small additional cost.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Suspend yourself in time and tide in the Scarborough marsh or the beaches from Pine Point to Portland Head Light. Equidistant to the Spurwink and the Nonesuch Rivers. Just minutes from the bridge into Portland. Easy access to the highway and the airport. I have a cape style house with plenty of parking. Large fenced in backyard for your dog and a picnic table for your meals. I can not allow access to my living space at this time.
