At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor area, including BBQ and fire-pit (in winter). South Yanchep beach, and a park with a playground and gas BBQs are just a 600m stroll down the road. Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.
