Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Light & airy (redecorated Mar ‘23) house with secure off-road parking. Fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer, dishwasher & full-size fridge-freezer. Living room has TV, DVD & Sky TV. Beautiful views across the farm to see the animals:Reindeer, Emu, Ostrich, Rhea, Llama, Camels & Alpaca.

Quiet location, ideal for a relaxing break, or focal point to meet family or friends. Situated in the remote country village of Broughton. The village boasts popular and quaint pub, renowned for its food (The Crown). The Annex is detached from the main house, Lounge/Kitchen area, Bathroom, Two ground floor Bedrooms, with a third double situated in what was a Hay Loft (not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Recently re-furbished. Ample parking on the drive for 2 to 3 cars.

Lotting Fen Lodge is a separate self contained bungalow next to our own home. Finished to a very high standard including underfloor heating. Very modern and well equipped kitchen, large bedroom and living room, and lovely shower room. Own private garden with lovely views. Off street parking. We will consider dogs but you must ask first as we have some rules that must be adhered to. Please enquire first if you want to bring a dog with you.
