Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

The Farmhouse is on the same property as craft brewery and events venue, Abandon Brewing Company. Close to Keuka Outlet Trail, on the Keuka Lake wine trail, and between Main Deck restaurant and Rt 54 (WE ARE NOT WATERFRONT). There is plenty to do between shopping in Penn Yan, hiking the Outlet, or going on a wine tour around Keuka and/or Seneca Lake.
