Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

An 1850's 2-bedroom cottage sitting at the edge of the historic fishing village of Port Fairy. Tucked away along the old railway track, with countryside views to the rear, old-world charm, two wood heaters, and quarry tiled flooring in the kitchen, offering a relaxing & peaceful country getaway. Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.

Perched amongst the rolling hills of Illowa, The Cutting is a stone's throw from the famous Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve. It's not uncommon to find a koala dozing in the tree or a kangaroo loose in the top paddock. Enjoy the remarkable coastline, lush greenery and the occasional dairy cow framed by the expansive windows and architectural design of this remarkable stay. This building has received national and international recognition for its unique take on small scale design.

Private seclusion only a few minutes walk from a great shopping centre with all the essentials. It's private location, warm ambiance and complimentary Continental Breakfast with each booking make it the perfect getaway. With a gas fireplace to curl up in front of on cool winter nights and a heated pool to dive into on warm summer days its a dream retreat for couples. We are close to walking tracks and the historic Wollaston Bridge. Pool heated in summer months (Dec-Feb).

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Clonmara Front Garden Cottage Two

Our place is great for enjoying laid back country life. You are just 1.5km to the middle of Port Fairy township with shops, cafes, pubs & beaches but also uniquely located in a country style setting. The cottage is set amongst our other independent accommodation. We do stress that the Cottage is located at the front of the property on Princes Highway so you do get road noise from trucks but we have had many guests stay, enjoy & the price reflects this.

Hello Sailor

Hello Sailor is the perfect slow-paced couple getaway located in a peaceful rural outlook, only moments from the sea. With its lovely interior colour palette and gorgeous fireplace, this recently designed and refurbished space is where the most amazing memories will be made. Guests are spoiled with beautiful interior design, a spacious, sun-drenched verandah, a gorgeous deep bath, olive-green paddocks to enjoy, and the most stunning sunsets.

Dromore - Spacious, central, 3 bedroom apartment

Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. Guests can and come and go as they please. It is a short stroll to the main street, restaurants and beaches. There is off-street parking only metres from the front door. Free wifi is provided and Chromecast is set up on the television.

Charlie Charming Unit close to Pea Soup Beach

Welcome to our humble little home by the beach. Charlie is situated 2 blocks from Pea Soup Beach and is an easy 5 minute stroll. An approximate 10-15 minute walk into town with easily marked tracks through the park. Your evenings can be spent relaxing outside on a very large decked area where you can listen to the ocean rolling in. The deck is accessible through the door in the laundry. The BBQ is also there for your use.

Located in central Warrnambool with a clear view of the ocean. The freshly renovated and private apartment is 800m from the beach and CBD, 400m to the campgrounds, and 1 block to the timor street bowls club. We are 15-20 minutes walking distance from the train station and the hospital. You will have privacy, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.

"Kurrawa" a bespoke, comfortable, quiet, get away

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.

Warrnambool District - The Studio at Heathbrae

The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
