Es uno de los tres alojamientos que se encuentra en la propiedad. El terreno es familiar sin ningún tipo de límite o división, al estilo de una casa anexa o de huéspedes. Pero la entrada al estacionamiento y el departamento son independientes.

Hay un parque cerca y muchos lugares de comida rápida, típica y más opciones.
